Museum of Pop Culture Rebrand

The Museum of Pop Culture (MoPop for short) is located in Seattle, WA.

Arguably the architecture of the building is what makes it so unique.  This rebrand mimics the charged identity that MoPop carries on its museum grounds.

The flexible mark used throughout the rebrand is the exclamation point. The pattern is used on print collateral to add dimension. In most cases, the mark is used alone as a flat graphic image.

Three key elements of pop culture are seen in this poster below: music, games, and movies. MoPop takes pride in showcasing all angles of pop culture under one roof. It was important for me to showcase this during the rebrand as well.

Image style is very intentional in this rebrand. The wavy lines are used throughout the brand to mirror the curves in the building.

These patterns and textures are the foundations of the rebrand.
